About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst in Cybersecurity Operations with 5-8 years of expertise in cloud security, SIEM management, and incident response.

- Shift Pattern: 24 X 7 (shift-based coverage)
Key Responsibilities: :
Monitor and analyze security events in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) in real-time to detect anomalous activities and potential threats.
Lead incident response activities including threat investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident analysis.
Manage security incidents from detection through resolution, including coordination with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop and maintain detection rules, alert tuning, and correlation searches in SIEM systems to improve security monitoring effectiveness.
Investigate security alerts, perform log analysis, and correlate data from multiple sources to determine root causes.
Document security incidents and maintain detailed records of investigations and remediation actions.
Perform threat hunting activities to proactively identify indicators of compromise and advanced threats within the environment.
Monitor cloud security posture in AWS and Azure environments; assess misconfigurations and remediate vulnerabilities.
Required Qualifications: :
5-8 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, and incident response.
Proficient in Splunk preferred or at least one SIEM platform (Splunk, IBM QRadar)
Strong understanding of cloud security in AWS and/or Azure environments, knowledge of cloud-specific threats and controls.
Demonstrated experience performing security incident investigation and response.
Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and common attack methodologies2.
Experience with log analysis, data parsing, and security event correlation.
Industry certifications: CEH, GCIH, ECIH, AWS Security Specialty (Preferred but not mandatory).
