The E/E Engineer will be responsible for hardware development of products such as NOx/pressure sensors and in-vehicle fuel pumps (motor drive type). This includes requirements analysis, schematic design, component selection, and creating production-level hardware design documents. The role involves designing and verifying critical circuits like power drive, gate drive, current sampling, and isolated power supplies. Responsibilities also include leading PCB layout reviews, focusing on power circuits, EMC/EMI, thermal management, high-voltage safety, and signal integrity to ensure hardware reliability and manufacturability. The engineer will debug and test hardware prototypes, resolve hardware issues, and support testing phases. Additionally, they will manage EMC/EMI design and testing for motor control, collaborate with software and system teams for algorithm integration, and stay updated on cutting-edge motor control technologies like SiC to optimize hardware solutions and costs.
