The Teller position is an entry-level role focused on assisting with branch activities and delivering client-facing services and transactions. The primary objective is to provide high-quality customer service and support branch revenue generation through optimal solutions. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact, performing accurate banking transactions, managing cash, identifying referral opportunities for new products and services, educating clients on digital options, and adhering to bank policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of client and bank assets.
The Teller is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with the execution of branch activities, including day-to-day delivery of client-facing services and processing transactions, in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to provide high quality customer service and to help the branch generate revenue by delivering optimal solutions.
