MaxAI is seeking a Recruiter for its People Ops team in New York City. This on-site role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to pre-onboarding, for core teams. Responsibilities include candidate screening, process coordination, communication, and talent pipeline building. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups, with strong communication and proficiency in recruiting software.

We want a people operations specialist to help scale up our team quickly and sustainably across multiple functions.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who owns our recruiting cycle: from sourcing through pre-onboarding. You will handle the entire candidate hiring cycle from start to finish for our core teams: from sourcing, screening interview, coordinating the process, to offer and pre-onboarding. You will the face of Max AI to our candidates and their key point of contact throughout their job application process.
