SiteMinder is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead global social media strategies for their SiteMinder and Little Hotelier brands. This role involves creating engaging content to increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and foster community growth across key platforms. The Specialist will report to the Communications Manager in Manila, stay ahead of social media trends, and build organic campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills and proven experience growing brand presence via organic social media.

As the Senior Social Media Specialist, you will lead the execution of global social media strategies for the SiteMinder and Little Hotelier brands. You'll create engaging, social-first content that increases brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and strengthens brand advocacy across key social platforms.
Reporting to the Communications Manager in Manila, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brands connect with audiences both internally and externally. You'll stay ahead of social media trends, identify opportunities to create impactful content, and build organic campaigns that encourage meaningful interactions and community growth.
We're looking for a creative, highly organized, and proactive social media professional with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media best practices, and proven experience growing brand presence through organic social media strategies. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and be excited to take on new challenges.
