About the Role-
Roles & Responsibilities
● Drive acquisition, activation, and retention for the Derivatives (F&O) business through CRM channels including Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App messaging.
● Build personalized campaigns and lifecycle journeys for trader segments such as intraday traders, options traders, and active F&O participants.
● Own end-to-end campaign execution, including audience selection, communication strategy, launch, performance tracking, and optimization.
● Partner with Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, improve funnel conversion, and drive first-trade and repeat-trade activation.
● Analyze trader behavior, campaign performance, retention cohorts, and trading activity to generate actionable insights.
● Collaborate with Product teams to improve onboarding, activation, and trading journeys for derivatives customers.
● Work with Research and Content teams to create timely trader communications around market events, expiry cycles, volatility, and educational initiatives.
● Design and execute experiments to improve engagement, trading frequency, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Expertise & Qualifications
● 4–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or User Growth, with exposure to derivatives, options trading, F&O products, or brokerage platforms preferred.
● Hands-on experience with CRM channels such as Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App messaging.
● Strong SQL and analytical skills with experience using platforms like CleverTap, or Appsflyer.
● Understanding of derivatives markets, F&O products, and trader behavior.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into growth initiatives.
● Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
● Prior experience in brokerage, trading, or wealth-tech businesses is preferred.
