This role involves leading Growth and Deal Operations Specialists to ensure smooth execution of brand sourcing, outbound sales development, and campaign management. The Lead will manage workforce, monitor productivity, and act as the escalation point for any operational bottlenecks, ensuring the team functions efficiently as an extension of client operations.

Pod Operations Team Lead
You will serve as the strategic supervisor and operational "traffic controller" for the digital talent management support pods. In this role, you will lead a team of Growth and Deal Operations Specialists to ensure seamless delivery across brand sourcing, outbound sales development, and back-office campaign execution. You will handle workforce management, monitor throughput consistency, and act as the primary escalation point for any deal mechanics or scheduling bottlenecks, ensuring your team functions as a flawless extension of the client's domestic coordinators.
What You'll Do
What to Bring
○ The "Leader" Mentality: 3+ years of team leadership experience in a specialized BPO, digital media agency, or sales development (SDR) environment.
○ Operational Command: Proven ability to balance workforce utilization, track SLAs, and optimize processes to handle varying ad-hoc client demands.
○ Exceptional Communication: Stellar verbal and written English skills suitable for directly interfacing with U.S. client stakeholders.
○ Hyper-Responsiveness: Guarantee immediate availability and prompt routing of team deliverables within tight U.S. business hour windows.
○ Direct experience working inside talent management, creative agency operations, or influencer marketing networks.
○ High proficiency with platform mechanics across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, alongside tools like Affinity, CreatorIQ, and Airtable.
