Setpoint is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to build a comprehensive enablement function from scratch. This role will involve creating playbooks, training programs, content, and onboarding processes. Behind many of life’s biggest financial decisions such as buying a car, securing a mortgage, or financing a business, is a complex network of credit relationships. Setpoint is building the infrastructure that powers these relationships, enabling the world’s largest banks, credit funds, asset managers, and capital markets counterparties to operate with trust and efficiency.
We're hiring a Director of Sales Enablement to build a gold-standard enablement function from scratch: playbooks, training, content, onboarding, and more. You'll report to the VP of Sales, own real decision-making authority, and directly shape our revenue trajectory. This isn't a role to inherit a program. It's one to build it.

Compensation includes a target OTE range of $190,000–$210,000, consisting of base salary and performance-based bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, location, and other qualifications.
We provide a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), short- and long-term disability, and flexible vacation. Our New York office operates on a hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
