The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Leadership & Organisational Culture to design and deliver behavioral strategies and global communication campaigns. This role focuses on evolving the 'Leadership Playground' initiative to inspire over 30,000 colleagues worldwide. Responsibilities include managing diverse stakeholders, integrating the initiative into daily experiences, developing creative employee experiences, managing agencies, and measuring the impact of behavioral change. The ideal candidate has experience in people and culture change projects, behavioral change expertise, and strong project management abilities.

Help shape the unique culture behind one of the world's most loved brands. Play a pivotal role in evolving the LEGO Group's Leadership Playground—designing experiences, campaigns and behavioural strategies that inspire more than 30,000 colleagues around the world to lead with bravery, focus and curiosity.
Please note: This role is positioned at Senior Manager level (individual contributor) and does not include relocation support.
