EOS IT Solutions is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician in Dublin, Ireland, to provide technical support and resolve issues for the organization's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include processing laptop replacements, acting as the first point of contact for the Global Service Desk, responding to technical difficulties, managing software provisioning, and performing laptop imaging. The role requires 1+ years of experience, proficiency in Apple operating systems, and strong problem-solving skills. This position covers an evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM.

This role will cover an evening shift between 3pm and 11pm
