The COSI program and product investment dashboard is a critical enterprise capability that provides transparency into investments across Mastercard. COSI delivers a consistent view of how dollars and capacity are allocated across programs and products—enabling alignment between investment and market-facing products and supporting more effective prioritization, governance, and decision-making.

The COSI organization is comprised of Product Management, COSI Enablement, Engineering, Data Fidelity, and Customer Success. This role sits within the Customer Success team, which focuses on stakeholder engagement, adoption, governance, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of how investments are represented within the platform.

THE ROLE
The Manager, Product Management – COSI (Customer Success) is responsible for driving stakeholder engagement, adoption, and governance of the COSI platform, while contributing to product development through requirements, testing, and continuous feedback.

This role operates at the intersection of product management, customer success, finance, and data. You will partner with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Finance, and Business teams to onboard them to COSI, ensure adherence to standards, and translate business needs into platform enhancements.

Success in this role requires strong communication and storytelling skills, the ability to influence senior leaders, and the discipline to translate complex investment and allocation concepts into clear processes, requirements, and insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Success:
Act as the primary interface between COSI and stakeholder leadership teams across Technology, Product, Finance, and Business
Understand stakeholder needs, priorities, and challenges, translating them into actionable requirements and improvements
Lead stakeholder onboarding to COSI, ensuring effective adoption and alignment to platform standards
Represent COSI in leadership forums and speaking engagements, clearly articulating value, structure, and expectations


Governance, Documentation & Certification:
Author clear, structured papers and documentation to define processes, policies, and enhancements for COSI
Drive alignment and secure approvals from senior leadership on key frameworks, changes, and initiatives
Lead annual program certification processes to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standards
Establish and maintain governance processes that support transparency and consistency across the platform


Product Development Support:
Gather and synthesize stakeholder requirements into well-defined business requirements and user stories
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and COSI Enablement teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements
Support solution design discussions to ensure alignment with business and investment tracking needs
Contribute to roadmap planning through stakeholder insights and adoption feedback


Testing, Quality & Continuous Improvement:
Lead or support solution testing (UAT) to validate functionality, data accuracy, and usability
Ensure delivered capabilities meet business requirements and governance standards
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and platform capabilities
Drive feedback loops between stakeholders and product teams


Data, Insights & Adoption:
Ensure stakeholders understand how to interpret and use COSI data effectively
Support development of insights, narratives, and materials used in governance and decision-making forums
Partner with the Data Fidelity team, which owns reporting and KPI tracking, to improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy
Promote best practices to ensure consistent and standardized use of the platform across the enterprise


ALL ABOUT YOU

Experience:
Product management, customer success, consulting, or business-facing role within a technology or data-driven environment
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with senior stakeholder exposure
Experience with governance processes, business case development, or enterprise reporting strongly preferred
Familiarity with financial concepts, investment tracking, or allocation models is a plus


Core Skills:
Exceptional written communication skills, with experience authoring structured documents and executive-level papers
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including leading discussions with senior stakeholders
Ability to translate complex concepts (financial, technical, or operational) into clear, actionable outputs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience writing business requirements and supporting product development


Leadership & Collaboration:
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Finance, and Business teams
High ownership and accountability for outcomes, particularly around adoption and data quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Executive presence with confidence in speaking engagements and leadership interactions

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
