As a Critical Environment Technician in the Regional Operations Center (ROC), you will monitor critical alarms and coordinate with local teams to ensure seamless data center performance. You will be responsible for maintaining operational integrity, driving incident resolution, and utilizing advanced monitoring tools. This role offers opportunities for learning about data center operations, incident response, and developing expertise in monitoring systems within a collaborative environment. The position is part of Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, supporting Microsoft's online services.

As a ROC Critical Environment Technician, you will immerse yourself in the heart of our operations, taking the helm in our state-of-the-art Regional Operations Center. Your day will be dynamic, handling critical alarms and coordinating closely with local teams to ensure the seamless performance of our data centers. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining operational integrity and driving incident resolution, all within a collaborative and high-performance environment. This opportunity will allow you to learn about the intricacies of data center operations, develop expertise in incident response and alarm handling, and gain proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge monitoring tools and dashboards to maintain operational excellence. This role allows for remote work flexibility based on Manager discretion.
