Mark43 is seeking a Compliance and Reporting Analyst (NIBRS) to join their Technical Services team. In this remote role, you will assist public safety agencies in navigating NIBRS compliance by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and actionability. You will collaborate with customers to understand their reporting processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions to meet evolving state and federal reporting requirements.

What You'll Need
We're looking for someone with professional experience supporting public safety records management, reporting, or compliance initiatives. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of NIBRS reporting standards and the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical solutions for customers. Experience working across multiple state reporting requirements is highly preferred, as you'll help agencies navigate varying compliance expectations while implementing scalable solutions.

Our team is fully remote, and we welcome candidates located in approved hiring states where Mark43 operates. While this role is remote-friendly, occasional travel may be required to support customer engagements, training, or team collaboration.
