Fever is seeking a Legal Counsel - Commercial/General with Portuguese language skills to join their international In-House Legal Team. This role will primarily support Fever's operations in Brazil and contribute to regional expansion in Portugal and Iberia. The lawyer will provide business-oriented legal support, drafting and revising contracts, negotiating deals, and advising on regulatory and compliance issues. The position requires 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction and professional fluency in Portuguese and English.

The Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our international In-House Legal Team, supporting Fever’s fast-growing operations with primary responsibility for Brazil. Reporting directly to the Lead Counsel IBERIA, you will play a key role in enabling Fever’s continued regional expansion in Portugal and the rest of Iberia region.
As Legal Counsel - Portugal, you will provide proactive, business-oriented legal support across a wide range of matters — from commercial contracts and corporate governance to regulatory and compliance issues. You’ll collaborate closely with teams such as Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product, Originals and Operations to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal guidance that supports Fever’s continued growth across the region.
