Your Role::
Financial Planning & Forecasting:
Coordinate preparation of annual budget templates, consolidation files, quality control checks, budget uploads, and supporting analyses in partnership with the Senior Director of Finance.
Maintain and improve multi-year financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and planning models across revenue, client growth, headcount, compensation, G&A, and new business initiatives.
Partner with department leaders to refine assumptions, evaluate staffing needs, monitor performance, and flag areas that are off target.
Support capital allocation analyses, business cases, and other strategic finance projects under the direction of senior finance leadership.
Management Reporting & Executive Materials:
Help design and implement a more scalable department-level reporting process across the firm.
Prepare quarterly reporting packages, including budget-to-actual analysis, variance commentary, and key business driver reporting.
Prepare financial analyses, PowerPoint materials, and supporting exhibits for executive leadership and ownership meetings.
Translate financial data into clear business implications and recommendations.
Compensation & Equity Support:
Perform regular compensation analyses, including workforce planning, incentive compensation support, and related financial modeling.
Support the firm’s equity program by maintaining accurate records, tracking ownership activity, and preparing owner/shareholder communications and statements.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve recurring finance processes, especially within budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and template management.
Build and improve financial models, reporting tools, dashboards, and templates using Excel, DataRails, Power Query, AI tools, and other systems where appropriate.
Your Experience::
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience building forecasts, budgets, management reporting, and business analyses.
Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and GAAP accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and a consistent track record of producing accurate, high-quality work.
Demonstrated ability to manage recurring processes, meet deadlines, and proactively flag risks, issues, or data inconsistencies.
Experience preparing analyses, presentations, or financial materials for senior leaders is highly desirable.
NetSuite, DataRails, Power Query, Power BI, VBA, or similar tool experience is a plus.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate work, or enhance analysis is a plus.
Wealth management, banking, insurance, professional services, or broader financial services experience is a plus.
Compensation::
Pay: $95,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
