This is a founding Go-To-Market (GTM) role at a seed-stage AI infrastructure company. You will build the GTM strategy from scratch, owning enterprise deals, pilot programs, and PLG self-serve. You will report directly to the CEO and be accountable for revenue targets. The ideal candidate has early-stage GTM experience with a proven track record in sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals, targeting engineering and AI leadership at AI companies. The role requires an on-site presence in San Francisco.
This is a build-from-zero GTM role at a seed-stage AI infrastructure company building graph-native context and memory infrastructure for AI agents. Think persistent memory, semantic search, temporal versioning, and entity resolution — purpose-built for modern AI workloads.
You won't be inheriting a playbook. You'll be writing it. GTM runs across three lanes — enterprise anchor deals, pilot programs, and PLG self-serve — and you'll own all three. You'll sit directly next to the CEO on deal strategy and be the first person held accountable to a revenue number.
The ICP is Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI at seed-to-Series D AI companies. There are roughly 1,000 addressable accounts in the Bay Area alone, active enterprise conversations are already open, and the product genuinely sells itself to anyone who sees it.
