We are seeking a client-focused and commercially minded professional to support our Financial Planners throughout the full client journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, preparing high-quality advice reports, and working closely with the administration team to ensure the smooth implementation of recommendations. The role also involves supporting Senior Management where required, while delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Financial Planners and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and timely delivery of advice.
- Prepare detailed and FCA-compliant suitability reports across a broad range of advice areas.
- Accurately consolidate a client’s needs and objectives into comprehensive and well written suitability reports.
- Undertake product and investment research as required
- Meeting / exceeding turnaround times and maintaining high productivity levels
- Taking ownership of cases from submission to implementation, monitoring progress and resolving issues proactively.
- Taking ownership of various MI reporting and relevant projects, ensuring these are seen through to completion.
- Demonstrating effective use of IT software, with the ability to quickly become a super user, capable of identifying data integrity issues, implementing rectification processes, and training others as required.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- High level of technical proficiency across all major financial planning areas
- Excellent customer relations both face-to-face and by telephone.
- Confidence and professionalism in attending client meetings with the ability to listen effectively, capture key information and support the delivery of high quality financial planning advice.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work whilst remaining flexible.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex information.
- Committed to ongoing learning and development, with a focus on maintaining professional standards and regulatory knowledge.
- A professional and confidential approach.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing cover or assistance to colleagues when required.
- IT literate and numerate.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Minimum 3 years paraplanning experience (essential)
- Chartered / close to completion (essential)
- Experience working with HNW clients (desirable)
