HR Business Partner (HR BP), plant Ostrava Hrušov (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation and application of HR policies and guidelines within your area
• Implement Schaeffler’s People Strategy tailored specifically to local market
• Collaborate closely with our Regional, country and local teams to plan and execute HR operations smoothly
• Offer expert advice on all organizational and HR-related topics to support business
• Partner with management to navigate and manage change processes successfully in a challenging ramp-up manufacturing setting for cutting-edge automotive technologies

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Several years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within an industrial environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and labor law
• Communicative level of English (B1-B2)
• Strong interpersonal and advisory skills with the ability to handle confidential issues
• Personal responsibility, flexibility, organizational and communication skills
