Influencer Manager
Position Summary
The Influencer Manager leads the development and execution of influencer marketing programs that authentically connect brands with diverse communities. This role is responsible for influencer strategy, talent sourcing, relationship management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Identify culturally relevant creators and emerging talent across platforms.
- Provide recommendations based on audience insights, trends, and performance data.
Talent Management
- Source, vet, negotiate, and contract influencers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and management teams.
- Ensure influencer partnerships align with brand values and campaign goals.
Campaign Execution
- Manage influencer campaigns from briefing through content delivery and reporting.
- Coordinate approvals, contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor content performance and campaign compliance.
Client Management
- Present influencer recommendations and campaign results to clients.
- Provide ongoing counsel regarding creator trends and platform opportunities.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, sentiment, and ROI.
- Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of influencer marketing, social media, or integrated marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of creator ecosystems and social platforms.
- Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and contracts.
- Understanding of multicultural audiences and community engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
