BAUHAUS is seeking a Hardware Sales Associate to advise customers on the best products, from nails and screws to hinges and locks. The role involves teamwork, customer service, product assortment management, and creating attractive promotional displays. The ideal candidate has a commercial or trade apprenticeship (e.g., sales, locksmith, metalworker) and ideally, experience in retail sales, particularly in DIY or hardware stores. Strong knowledge of hardware is essential for competent customer consultation. This is a full-time position with structured onboarding, ongoing training, and benefits including vacation, attractive pay, holiday bonuses, and retirement/disability insurance options.
