Braintrust is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition within the East Region of the US. The role involves prospecting, closing deals, and building on an existing customer base. The primary users of Braintrust are software engineers, so comfort working with a technical audience is essential. The role is based in New York City and involves developing go-to-market strategies, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and fostering customer retention and renewals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, a strong understanding of the product to engage with AI teams, a proactive approach to achieving revenue targets, and resilience in dynamic environments.
Braintrust is the AI observability platform. By connecting evals and observability in one workflow, Braintrust gives builders the visibility to understand how AI behaves in production and the tools to improve it.
Teams at Notion, Stripe, Zapier, Vercel, and Ramp use Braintrust to compare models, test prompts, and catch regressions — turning production data into better AI with every release.
Braintrust is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the East Region of the US.
Braintrust already has a strong base of early customers including Stripe, Notion, Instacart, and Airtable, which you'll be able to build on to help us expand. Our primary users are software engineers, so you'll need to be comfortable working with a technical audience.
