Visa is seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams within the VERA organization. This role is responsible for driving the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient fintech platforms while fostering an inclusive, innovative engineering culture. The Director will partner closely with Product, Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance leaders to deliver business-critical solutions and establish engineering best practices. The role also drives adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, cloud-native technologies, and responsible AI-enabled development practices.

The estimated salary range for this position is $186,800.00 to $ 299,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
