Stripe's Financial Connections team is seeking a TechOps Integration Reliability Engineer to operate, maintain, and expand banking integrations. This role involves becoming a domain expert in open banking and financial data access, triaging degradations, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating with financial partners for resolution. You will also build and launch new financial partner integrations using agentic tooling and conduct complex data analysis. Additionally, you will design, build, and ship LLM-powered agentic workflows to streamline and automate operational tasks, acting as a Human-in-the-Loop reviewer where necessary. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, SQL proficiency, comfort with developer tools, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with AI/LLM tooling, payment technologies, and production environments is preferred.
