The School of Chinese Medicine is seeking a Project Officer to support divisional events and academic forums. This role involves planning and executing promotional strategies, managing social media and website content, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external vendors, and assisting in participant recruitment and public engagement. We are inviting applications for the position of Project Officer to support divisional events and academic forums. The appointee will play a key role in the publicity, organisation, and execution of a series of major academic forums, as well as in digital outreach and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The appointee will be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays as necessary.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Appointment will be made on a fixed-term basis aligned with the project timeline, ending on 31 January 2028.
