McGill University's Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences department is seeking an Office Assistant for a part-time role. Responsibilities include assisting with student records, admissions, scheduling, data entry, event support, digital file management, handbook creation, and responding to general inquiries. The position requires 2 years of related experience and a High School Diploma.

Assist with student records, admissions, scheduling, Banner data entry.
Assist with student and academic events such as orientation, White Coat ceremony.
Assist with digital file cleanup and archiving.
Assist with creating and maintaining handbooks.
Provide assistance during staff absences and vacations.
Respond to general queries from students and faculty.
Support Student Affairs special projects as needed.
Unit: Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences.
OTHER QUALIFYING SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge of Office suit. Familiarity with Banner and Minerva is an asset.
