As a Field Service Engineer, you will serve as the onsite face of ATS, taking ownership of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex electromechanical equipment used in fabrication environments.
This is more than a service role—you will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring equipment reliability, diagnosing issues, and delivering solutions that align with customer needs and operational requirements.
In this position, you will combine strong technical ability with leadership and customer engagement, while managing service execution in real world environments. With the possibility of travelling to multiple customer sites. You will gain exposure to a wide range of systems and challenges, including control systems and PLC diagnostics. This role values practical expertise and technical problem solving in real-world environments. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
