Role Overview

The AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency across multiple departments. The AI Automation Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to recommend practical automation solutions, integrate business systems, document workflows, and support organization-wide AI adoption. Key Responsibilities

Process Evaluation & Optimization

• Evaluate business processes across departments to identify automation opportunities.
• Recommend workflow improvements that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business priorities.

AI & Automation Implementation

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows across the organization.

• Develop scalable automation solutions that improve operational performance.

Documentation & User Adoption

• Document automation workflows and implementation processes.
• Develop best practices for automation and AI usage.

Qualifications Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, business operations, or related roles.
• Experience implementing AI tools and automation platforms within business environments.
• Experience integrating business systems and optimizing operational workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on automation initiatives.
