Working as part of the HR Shared Services team (People’s Hub, Bangalore), you will be responsible for providing effective and proactive HR support to employees and managers located in the Middle East.

About you

  • Should have at least 1+ year of experience in handling UK background checks and onboarding.
  • Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with regional policies and procedural guidelines (UK / Middle East / North America / Asia Pacific).
  • Demonstrates good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Managing and coordinating queries on case management tools.
  • Producing standard correspondence to employees and external parties.
  • Liaising with employees, line managers, and other HR colleagues.
  • Working closely with the HR community and COEs.
  • Proactively contributing to improvements within the department.
  • Supporting the People’s Hub team with ad-hoc projects.
  • Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader.
  • Experience, preferably in an HR Shared Services function. Supporting ME background check and onboarding experience will be an added advantage.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow applications.
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
  • Potential to develop as the team grows.
  • Previous experience in a front-facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable.
  • Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
  • Graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a similar environment.
