This role plays a pivotal part in driving the success of the sales team by actively supporting the promotion and sale of MediCard Retail HMO plans. It encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including delivering critical administrative assistance, addressing agent inquiries with efficiency, and ensuring a seamless and streamlined sales process. By bridging operational needs and sales execution, this role is instrumental in enhancing productivity and achieving sales objectives.01. MediCard Agent Support: Serving as the point of contact for MediCard agents, addressing inquiries, and providing clear guidance on Retail HMO plans, processes, and tools.02. Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving MediCard agent concerns regarding policies or administrative errors promptly and professionally. Escalate other problems not within the scope or authority, such as benefits, claims, etc.
03.Issue Escalation: Coordinating with internal teams, such as IT, operations, or sales, to escalate and address complex challenges faced by agents.
04. Sales Assistance: Assist MediCard agents with policy renewals and changes. Follow up with agents to ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
05. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy details.
06. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of MediCard agent inquiries, issues, and resolutions while generating insights to improve overall processes.
07. Customer Experience Enhancement: Supporting MediCard agents in delivering a positive client experience by ensuring smooth operations and resolving challenges effectively.
08. Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in health insurance regulations. Attend training sessions as required.
09. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
