Tetra Recart Food Development Centre is looking for a driven person to help accelerate our global growth. You will join a dynamic team of five, working closely with customers while exploring and developing new category opportunities for Tetra Recart.

As Food Development Manager, you will play a key role in daily market support, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring customers have the capabilities needed to deliver the business objectives.

Based in Bangkok/Rayong (Thailand), you will operate in a global environment, collaborating across regions and cultures while driving innovation and opportunities for growth.

What you will do

As a Food Development Manager you will:

Act as the frontline interface with customers in different regions
Drive sales of TRC through customer product portfolio development and expansion
Lead recipe development and provide support to customers
Ensure solid documentation and manage increased product complexity
Lead food trials, product optimization and technical troubleshooting
Ensure local market capabilities are in place to provide fast, efficient customer support.
Travel will be expected 25 – 30 % of working hours.

We believe you have

A university background from preferably the Food Technology/Science area
A minimum of 8 years’ work experience as Food technologist supporting sales within the Food Industry
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Proven track record in customer management and support, with demonstrated success in addressing complex customer needs and providing innovative solutions.
You are passionate about food and developing new products and delivering them to consumers.
You are also strong in working collaboratively and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs with a proactive approach to problem-solving will be keys to your success.
