About The Team

Job Summary:**
As a Warehouse Operator at JD.com, Inc., you will be a vital part of our logistics team, responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our warehouse facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and identifying any discrepancies or damages.
* Unload and load trucks, using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
* Safely and efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space utilization.
* Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures, ensuring product integrity and correct quantities.
* Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and staging for outbound transportation.
* Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Operate and maintain warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
* Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Forklift certification is a plus.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
