This is a rare opportunity to be exposed to cross commodities and cross programmes on aircraft level working on critical missions impacting our internal production flow.

Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for securing Crisis/Recovery management at Airbus suppliers to protect our internal production site (PPC, prioritization, line of balance) and Midterm projects to secure sustainability of Delivery and to ensure supplier's performance targets are achieved.
- Identification and application of appropriate methodologies to deliver Airbus Supplier Requirements and End-to-End supply chain development needs.
- Lead key Supplier Assessments (capacity and capability) where procurement commodities consider a higher level of expertise is required to ensure the appropriate outcome for ramp up readiness.
- Initiate and lead Supplier Development missions in the region with deep understanding of lean principles (LEAN, 6 sigma, Problem solving, knowledge sharing, 5S, KBD expert knowhow and production mindset,...), and tools (indicators, process controls, test means,...) at supplier's site, bring expertise to resolve issues & develop best practices.
- Develop trust and credibility with supplier leadership teams to diagnose organizational/process weaknesses and develop immediate solutions. Able to communicate to the Senior Executive committee internally and externally.
