AIA Life Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager for Bancassurance Human Capital Development in Shanghai, China. This role focuses on developing and driving the overall management system and mechanisms for the sales force, including recruitment, growth, and incentives. The goal is to build high-performance bancassurance sales teams by strengthening talent matching and management. Responsibilities include defining sales team profiles, developing recruitment and development strategies, managing performance indicators, and leading the development of a team management system. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the agency or bancassurance channel, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

About the Role
通过制定并推动落实销售队伍整体管理体系与机制(包括招募、成长发展、激励等),加强人网匹配分析与管理,驱动高绩效银保销售团队的建立。Roles and Responsibilities:
• 明确银保销售队伍画像,建立分层管理体系,特别是绩优团队与人员
• 制定销售队伍招募方案(增员),包括增员目标、具体执行方式、配套工具与平台等,并定期追踪、督导执行情况
• 制定销售队伍发展策略,持续优化销售队伍行为管理与发展路径,并统筹行为建模、培训机制、日常活动管理等,推动队伍效能提升
• 关注绩优队伍成长与管理,规划搭建荣誉体系、日常管理体系、日常追踪体系、培训赋能体系
• 根据销售队伍细分和合作伙伴特征设计、审查和持续优化薪酬和激励政策(”基本法”)
• 开展网点与销售队伍各项关键指标的日常管理工作,通过定期跟踪和监控活动率、保留率等指标,提供改进指导并跟进改进计划/举措
• 主导队伍管理系统开发工作,实现队伍管理信息化、智能化,显著提升管理效率与水平
• 支持CHO/BU级相关数据/材料准备
• 完成主管交办的其他工作
Job Requirements:
• 本科及以上学历,10年以上工作经验
• 拥有在营销员渠道(Agency)或银行保险渠道(Banca)总部或分支机构的工作经验
• 熟悉销售激励、薪酬福利相关机制
• 敏锐的商业意识,严密的逻辑思维能力和出色的分析能力
• 优秀的沟通协调能力和组织能力,擅长书面文案及数据分析
