The Microsoft Copilot Organization is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the business and product systems for content partner monetization and AI economics. This role will collaborate across teams to ensure a sustainable partner ecosystem for content across MSN, Edge, Windows, and Copilot. You will define product strategy for monetization, own the revenue share lifecycle, and model business impact for AI features and platform transitions, driving cross-functional alignment and actionable improvements.
The Supply Ecosystem Team in the Microsoft Copilot Organization is building the next generation of Microsoft’s content ecosystem across MSN, Edge, Windows, and Copilot. Our work brings together trusted publisher and creator content, AI-generated experiences, and sustainable partner economics to deliver high-quality content experiences that inform, entertain, and build user trust.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the business and product systems that support content partner monetization, revenue share, and AI content economics. This role will work across Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance, Support, and Operations to ensure our partner ecosystem is economically sustainable, operationally reliable, and ready for the transition to AI-native content experiences.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
