AIA Services New Zealand Limited is seeking a Corporate Solutions Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position in Auckland, NZ. This role involves managing and administering group schemes, building relationships with advisers and internal teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The coordinator will monitor account activity, resolve operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and confidence using business systems. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
As a Corporate Solutions Coordinator, you play an important role in delivering a seamless experience for AIA’s Corporate Solutions group schemes. Acting as the key operational contact for advisers, you build trusted relationships across a network of advisers, third-party administrators, Business Development Managers, and internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
This role combines coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations while supporting AIA’s purpose of helping people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, developing your knowledge and capabilities while helping enhance processes, products, and customer outcomes.
