Biffa is seeking an Operations Manager to safely manage the AD Plant and daily site operations, focusing on maximizing production to meet KPIs. Responsibilities include planning health and safety, environmental compliance, waste operations, and ensuring daily plant operations are managed safely and robustly. The role involves providing leadership support, allocating resources effectively, driving continuous improvement, meeting KPI targets, and fostering a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will have relevant management or safety qualifications, significant experience in waste or operational management, and proficiency in IT systems.
