We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of eLearning Backroom Support. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for implementing efficient and accurate manual enrollment activities to ensure the timely processing of daily eLearning enrollment requests. Additionally, the candidate will provide comprehensive call and email support to address and resolve learners' eLearning concerns effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good software/application trouble-shooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in admin/backroom tasks
- At least 1 year experience in client support
- At least 1 year experience in data encoding
Responsibilities
- Accurate processing of daily enrollment request for all active eLearning courses offered by Distribution Learning & Development
- Provide timely and solution-centric responses to clients
- Technical support navigation in the new LMS (via email, phone)
- Human interaction in assigning courses and custom fields that not supported by AGIS
- Data migration and records that can’t be migrated automatically
- End-user adoption and re-orientation for users
