NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Research Engineer to focus on Generative AI inference. This role involves designing and evaluating routing policies for LLM traffic, building agentic benchmarks, shipping to open-source repositories, and collaborating across NVIDIA teams. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with LLM evaluations, Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, and strong computer science fundamentals are essential. Experience with distributed systems and CUDA is a plus.
