The Senior Manager, Marketing & Commercial (ARTD) will lead marketing strategy and execution for the Alcohol Ready-To-Drink (ARTD) portfolio in the Netherlands. This role involves translating European strategies into local activation plans to drive consumer demand and commercial growth. Responsibilities include annual business planning, integrated marketing campaign execution, commercial partnerships, innovation launches, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of marketing or commercial experience in FMCG, preferably within the alcohol beverage category, and a strong understanding of the Dutch market.
Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Marketing & Commercial NL (ARTD) leads the development and execution of marketing plans for the Alcohol Ready-To-Drink (ARTD) portfolio across the Netherlands.
This role is responsible for translating European brand and portfolio strategies into impactful, locally relevant activation that drives consumer demand and commercial growth. Working closely with Commercial teams, bottlers, and European ARTD teams, the role ensures strong in-market execution, winning customer activation, and alignment with system priorities.
With a strong focus on delivery and performance, this position plays a critical role in accelerating ARTD growth in two key markets within a highly regulated category.
