Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Representative for Expansion to drive revenue growth in India. This role involves managing key initiatives, sales performance, training, and mentoring inside sales staff. The position focuses on market development, target setting, channel relationships, and revenue generation within the India territory. Responsibilities include leading expansion account sales teams, driving revenue through account-based selling, managing customer relationships, stakeholder management, and collaborating with marketing and sales operations to improve sales productivity and forecasting. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, India.

This role will drive revenue growth by managing key initiatives and sales performance for the inside sales organization through qualified opportunities, Also, trains, mentors, coaches, and supervises inside staff. Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services. Prioritizes and allocates resources. Works with the field sales organization to ensure that representatives provide adequate support in the field. Responsible for market development, setting targets, relationship development between the channel and Inside Sales team, and ensuring that revenue is generated focusing on the India territory sales business.
