Motorway is seeking a part-time Payment Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth, secure, and accurate payment transactions. Responsibilities include resolving payment issues, monitoring transaction processes, managing support tickets, approving payments, and generating reports. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, with experience in payment systems being a plus. The role offers flexible core hours (10:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday) to accommodate various personal commitments.
