About the Growth Super Group and Revenue Platform Group
Growth Super Group puts Canva into the hands of customers all over the world and help them realise its full value. It’s a cross-functional global supergroup of 500+ passionate people, and made up of six Groups: Logged Out Experience, Discover & Connect Value, Value Differentiation, Revenue Platform, Grow, and Foundational Goals Strategy & Performance.
Across these groups, Growth spans the end-to-end user journey — from building growth-focused product experiences and running experiments, to enabling monetisation at scale through payments, subscriptions, pricing, and AI-related platform capabilities.
The Revenue Platform Group owns the strategy & roadmap for enabling everyone, across the planet, to access the paid features of Canva, whether that’s through a subscription or a one off transaction. We do everything from building out complex new payment integrations to enabling other Canva groups to achieve their goals and monetise their features and products be it through subscription management, flawless checkout journeys or localised payment experiences. More recently we have a huge focus building out the platform to support our AI limit management.
We’re seeking someone to demonstrate leadership in coordinating extensive programs of work across and embedding delivery practices across teams within the Revenue Platform group.
Revenue Platform “builds and operates the infrastructure that powers Canva’s global revenue” and is organised across the four main subgroup.
The group is 150+ people across 16 teams and owns systems and platforms around subscriptions, billing, payments, fraud, checkout, SKUs, upgrades, promotions, pricing and packaging.
