HR Manager (Mgr. HR), plant Ostrava Hrušov (m/f/d)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of our location in Ostrava Hrušov, Czech Republic, serving as trusted point of contact for leaders and employees;
- provide strategic and operational leadership of HR activities within the area of responsibility within plant ramp-up;
- lead and oversee all recruitment activities during plant ramp-up project phase;
- lead and execute all core HR processes, including qualification, compensation planning, and boosting employee engagement;
- promote collaboration and information exchange across locations and with the subregional HR team;
- ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, social regulations, and company policies;
- drive implementation of strategic HR programs, initiatives, and business objectives;
- initiate and lead personnel policy projects, monitor outcomes, and control effectiveness;
- provide expert advice on all personnel management and leadership matters within the area of responsibility;
- coordinate co-determination and ensure proper application of the Works Constitution Act;
- lead, develop, and make personnel decisions for directly reporting employees.
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field;
- several years of operational HR experience, preferably in an automotive or industrial environment;
- proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams in ramp-up environments;
- stronge expertise in labour law and State-of-the-art HR practices;
- proficiency in MS Office, SAP, SuccessFactors, and payroll systems;
- fluent in Czech and English, both spoken and written;
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills combined with deep change management expertise;
- strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities;
- high personal responsibility, adaptability, and flexibility;
