Samsung Electronics seeks a Key Account Manager for its Mobile D2C and Distribution channels in El Salvador. Job Summary
We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Mobile division tu successfully manage the commercial relationship, as an account professional, for D2C channels and Disty channels to maximize sales, profit, market indicators and ensure a mid to long term partnership with regional scope of El Salvador.

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
- [Accounts Development] Lead the account plan for D2C and disty channels (Tier 1, 2 and 3 ) by designing 360° strategy leading every single activity related to the assigned customer aiming to be Samsung PIC (professional in charge), connecting and customizing Samsung commercial platform (product, marketing, eCommerce, CS and Legal). KPI: Sales target.
- [Sales targets] Plan and execute proper sales targets and portfolio mix (ECO, Premium) per country aligned to company strategy in order to reach annual sales target. KPI: Sell in, sell out, WoS, profit.
- [Inventory management] Forecast and follow up sell in and sell out progress on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis by tracking records and input sales & stock figures in system in a due time and manner to plan future sell/out tactical activities aiming to reach sales target and healthy inventory. KPI: WoS, AP1, AP2.
- [Support team] Ensure that non-sales team (SCM, PM, MKT, TMK, BI, Training, BMO, Legal) properly understand, are aligned and follow the account strategy including portfolio and tactics/special requirements. KPI: Planning and execution
- [Market] Constantly review market data, channel environment, competitor's movement in retail sector, pin to pin and key market indicators by applying data analytics and market knowledge in order to make decisions and face negotiations with a solid knowledge to stay relevant and develop D2C Channel in the markets under responsibility. KPI: Wide portfolio availability in the channels.
Requirements
[ Academic Background ]: Bachelor in Admin. | Industrial Engineer | Any field related to commercial.
[ Professional Experience ]: At least 5 years of relevant account management experience.
[ Specific knowledge / skills ]: People management including strong interpersonal relationship, market understanding, 360° plan, eCommerce, marketing strategy planning, retail planning, negotiation, reports and presentations to customers including Director level, experience in retail industry, office package, English proficiency, forecasting and production planning in a ERP, portfolio strategy, competitor analysis, budget management, teamwork.
