Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Transformation Intern — Automation & AI Intern within Human Resources, you will support the design and development of automation solutions that improve the way HR processes are delivered. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Build and support Power Automate solutions (Cloud & Desktop). Help develop, test, and improve both cloud flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions that automate repetitive HR tasks.
  • Support deployment across environments. Assist with moving solutions across Dev, UAT, and Production environments, and get exposure to managing solutions, connection references, and environment variables. 
  • Experiment with AI and Copilot Studio. Help prototype simple AI agents and chat-based solutions using Copilot Studio, and explore how AI can improve existing HR workflows. 
  • Join solution design discussions. Sit in on stakeholder conversations to understand process pain points, and contribute ideas to translate them into practical flows. 
  • Document your work. Prepare process maps, flow diagrams, and simple user guides to support handover and future maintenance.

What we're looking for:

We welcome motivated and tech-curious individuals who are excited about using digital tools to improve HR processes and create more efficient ways of working. 

  • Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines are preferred.
  • A strong interest in process automation, HR technology, digital transformation or low-code development.
  • Experience or coursework in Microsoft Power Automate development, with a basic understanding of logic-based automation such as triggers, conditions and loops.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and approach challenges in a structured way.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, with eagerness to learn and explore new tools and technologies independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to document work clearly and accurately.
  • Basic familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint or Teams will be advantageous.
  • Basic coding knowledge in languages such as JavaScript or HTML will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
