Description
FICO (NYSE: FICO) is a leading global analytics software company, helping businesses in 100+ countries make better decisions. Join our world-class team today and fulfill your career potential!
The Opportunity
As a Partner Account Manager (PAM), you will own and drive a dynamic partner sales strategy targeting the companies shaping the next generation of financial solutions. This is a quota-carrying partner management and business development role within our Partnerships organization, where you'll build and scale strategic alliances with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), paytechs, datatechs, credittechs, data aggregators, and white-label banking solution providers—along with any organization looking to enhance their revenue through FICO solutions. You'll be the strategic and commercial owner of these partnerships, creating joint solutions that pair the FICO Platform and our AI capabilities with partner ecosystems to bring differentiated intellectual property to market. Working hand-in-hand with both strategy and execution teams, you'll begin by securing a select set of foundational partnerships, then pivot to expanding and deepening those relationships over time. If you're energized by the future of technology in financial services and want to influence how it evolves, this is the role for you.
What You'll Contribute
- Develop and execute the partner sales and go-to-market strategy across MSPs. This position will be managing payment processors and occasionally reseller, with the ability to navigate at executive level at least on the fraud and risk discussions.
- Establish, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements that create mutual value for FICO and its partners.
- Build joint solutions that integrate the FICO Platform and AI capabilities into partner offerings, delivering differentiated intellectual property to the market.
- Own the rhythm of business with your partners, including forecasting channel sales, managing pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Serve as the strategic and commercial point of accountability for each partnership across its full lifecycle.
- Coordinate closely with internal strategy and execution teams to align on priorities and deliver against shared goals.
- Represent FICO at customer, partner, and industry events to build visibility and strengthen relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and finance to structure mutually beneficial business models and remove barriers to growth.
- Drive the expansion and deepening of foundational partnerships, evolving them into long-term, high-value strategic relationships.
What We're Seeking
- Strong experience building and nurturing strategic business partnerships with MSPs, solutions providers, or other SaaS/cloud resellers.
- Proven experience within the financial partner ecosystem and system integrators.
- Demonstrated success in forecasting channel sales, exceeding quotas, and driving the rhythm of business with MSP partners.
- Strong experience in presenting at customer, partner, or industry events.
- Deep understanding of cloud economics, MSP partner agreement constructs, and associated financial implications.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape, financial structures, and experience in orchestrating mutually beneficial business models.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in driving sales execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Excellent communication and presentation skills (Portuguese, English and Spanish).
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
Our Offer to You
- An inclusive culture strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.
- The opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally by leveraging your unique strengths and participating in valuable learning experiences.
- Highly competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognized for doing so.
- An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.
