About the Role
This is the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire at a fast-scaling AI SaaS company operating in the industrial procurement space. You'll partner directly with revenue leadership — including the Managing Director of Revenue — to design, build, and operate the systems that power the full revenue cycle. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to leave a structural imprint on a company at an inflection point.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and senior revenue leadership to build and scale revenue systems from the ground up.
- Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion.
- Own and maintain the operational backbone spanning business development, AE pipeline management, customer onboarding, and expansion.
- Build reporting frameworks and analytics that surface actionable patterns and drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to identify and remove friction.
- Design and implement enablement programmes, AI tooling, and onboarding solutions that multiply team output.
- Contribute to compensation structure design and equity frameworks as the revenue function matures.
What We're Looking For
Dealbreakers
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or an equivalent role with demonstrated ownership of revenue processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience across the full revenue cycle: outbound/business development, AE pipeline management, customer onboarding, and expansion.
- Full professional fluency in both German and English.
Required
- Strong systems-thinking mindset — you design structures and operationalize them end-to-end without waiting for permission.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue improvements in a high-growth or VC-backed startup environment (ideally built from zero or during rapid scaling).
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Munich 4+ days per week.
- Comfortable working directly with founders, managing directors, and senior revenue leaders to define and execute strategy.
- Experience enabling or implementing AI tooling and automation within revenue operations (enablement, onboarding, workflow automation).
- Extreme ownership mindset: you identify issues, build the fix, and ship — without needing to be asked.
Nice to Have
- Prior founder experience or a clear entrepreneurial orientation and aspiration to build.
- Background in industrial technology, manufacturing, or B2B enterprise SaaS.
Location & Work Arrangement
- Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Work arrangement: On-site — 4+ days per week in the Munich office

Compensation & Benefits
