SEEK is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for its Adjacent Revenue portfolio, which includes SEEK Business, GradConnection, SEEK Volunteer, and SEEK Learning. This role, based in Kuala Lumpur, will partner with leaders across multiple markets in Asia and Australia, focusing on planning, performance management, and commercial decision support to drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, variance analysis, and preparing business cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering, with strong financial modelling skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

About the role
As Senior Finance Business Partner – Adjacent Revenue, you'll be the primary finance partner for SEEK's Adjacent Revenue portfolio — spanning SEEK Business, GradConnection, SEEK Volunteer and SEEK Learning. You will lead end-to-end planning, performance management and commercial decision support across multiple markets in Asia and Australia. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you'll work within the APAC Commercial Investments Finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance, Commercial Investments, and play a key role in bringing a coherent Adjacent Revenue view into group planning forums.
You will serve as a trusted commercial co-pilot to Adjacent Revenue and Commercial Growth leaders, shaping decisions on growth, profitability, pricing, headcount and investment. You'll work closely with Finance peers across ANZ, Marketing and other portfolios, as well as cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Strategy, R2R and Group FP&A. Success in this role means becoming a go-to source of insight for business stakeholders — someone who connects financial rigour with clear, practical commercial judgment.
