Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.

• Native or fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
• Prior experience in customer support services, client-facing roles, or a similar consultative support environment is highly desirable.
