Faire is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their Enterprise Brand Partnerships team. This role will focus on scaling the enterprise supply strategy by building relationships with high-value brands and driving pipeline growth for the Enterprise Account Executive team. The ideal candidate is strategic, motivated, and thrives in fast-paced environments, with opportunities for ownership, impact, and career growth within the company. Responsibilities include executing outbound prospecting strategies, identifying and prioritizing brands, driving pipeline generation through various outreach methods, customizing communication, and collaborating with account executives and the wider SDR organization.

As a Senior SDR, you will directly contribute to Faire’s growth by helping scale our enterprise supply strategy and building relationships with brands that will shape the future of our marketplace.We are looking for a strategic and highly motivated sales professional who can independently manage complex outbound prospecting motions, identify high-potential partnership opportunities, and help drive pipeline growth for our Enterprise Account Executive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems creatively, and is excited to contribute beyond their individual pipeline through collaboration, mentorship, and process improvement initiatives.Faire’s goal is to become the default platform for brands to grow their wholesale business and for retailers to discover products for their stores. Salary Range
London, UK: the OTE pay range for this role is £56,000 to £77,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
